A: Yes...for helping you with the convenience of helping you find your preferred accommodation, we charge you for it. But not to worry, we do not charge separately, it's included in the rent. We provide a convenient, fast and affordable service. In addition, our customer service agents are always available and eager to help you wih whatever you need 24/7.
Q: What does the rent include? Do I need to pay extra fees?
A: Your rent gives you the right to inhabit the property. Many properties include all utilities in the rental prices as well. Please contact us for more details.
Q: How do I pay the rental fees?
A: There is one way to pay your rent fees: pay with credit/debit card from any of the banks you use. Simply put in your 14 digits at the front of your ATM card, followed by the expiring month and year (MM/YY) available below the 14 digits at the front of your ATM card. Then you will input your CVV which is the three-digit number available at the back of your ATM card. Depending on the card you use, you will have to agree to some form of security measures to show that you are indeed the owner of the card. Some of the measures include typing in your 4-PIN code as well as tying in the OTP code send to the mobile number you used to open your bank account. You can rest assured that RentALodge has worked to keep your transaction safe.
Q: How will I get the Key to my apartment after making payments?
A: Your key will be delivered by one of our Liaising Executive in your location, or by our select courier company. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order. As soon as you collect your key, you are advised to change your key for security purposes.
