3. How do I pay for a RentALodge.ng purchase?

For your convenience, RentALodge offers an online payment method using your ATM card. Simply put in your 14 digits at the front of your ATM card, followed by the expiring month and year (MM/YY) available below the 14 digits at the front of your ATM card. Then you will input your CVV which is the three-digit number available at the back of your ATM card. Depending on the card you use, you will have to agree to some form of security measures to show that you are indeed the owner of the card. Some of the measures include typing in your 4-PIN code as well as tying in the OTP code send to the mobile number you used to open your bank account. You can rest assured that RentALodge has worked to keep your transaction safe.

6. What is the estimated delivery time? When can I expect my key to arrive?

Your key should arrive within 48 hours (2 working days) of order processing. As soon as you make your payment, we will send you an email and you are likely to get a call from us detailing how and exactly when we will get your key delivered. Yes, we are the efficient!

7. How will the delivery be done?

Your key will be delivered by one of our Liaising Executive in your location, or by our select courier company. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order. As soon as you collect your key, you are advised to change your key for security purposes.

10. What is Customer Protection?
